What is Reiki?
Energy healing is a holistic practice that, as practitioners describe it, works with the body's subtle energy systems to clear stuck energy within the chakra fields.
Hands rest lightly on or just above the body in a sequence of positions while you lie still. Many clients use it as a reset during a stressful season, or add it to the end of a massage.
Reiki is a gentle energy practice in which the practitioner rests their hands lightly on or just above the body. There is no pressure or muscle work involved, and you stay fully clothed, so it is one of the calmest sessions Abbagayl offers.
Clients book a session to unwind, quiet a busy mind, or add a restful close to a massage. Many people simply fall asleep. It is a complement to medical care, not a replacement for it, and Abbagayl is happy to answer questions before your first session.
Your session takes place at your home in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale or Phoenix, so you can stay resting afterward. It can be booked on its own or added to Swedish, lomi lomi or hot stone massage at no extra charge.
Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes at $150 an hour, with 30% off your first visit. Abbagayl is a licensed massage therapist in Arizona (license MT-28809), and you can confirm any therapist's license through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy.
