Light, rhythmic massage that helps the body move excess fluid and supports recovery.

What is lymphatic drainage massage?
Lymphatic drainage massage stimulates the lymphatic system to help the body remove excess fluid and improve circulation.
Because lymphatic vessels sit just beneath the skin, pressure is much lighter than other massage. Slow, repetitive strokes follow the direction of lymph flow toward the lymph nodes.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a very light, rhythmic technique that follows the path of the lymphatic system. Instead of working deep into muscle, Abbagayl uses gentle, slow movements on the skin's surface, which makes it one of the softest styles she offers.
Clients book lymphatic drainage massage when they feel puffy or swollen, after long flights, or as a calm, gentle session. If you are recovering from surgery or have a medical condition, check with your doctor first and share any guidance with Abbagayl.
Lymphatic drainage massage happens at your home in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale or Phoenix, so you can rest and hydrate afterward without driving. It can be combined with Swedish massage or Reiki in the same session at no extra charge.
Depending on your needs and what is appropriate for the session, Abbagayl may also use cupping, gua sha, wooden lymphatic massage tools or a percussion/vibration therapy gun to encourage lymphatic movement. These tools are included as part of your lymphatic drainage massage, not charged as separate add-ons.
Abbagayl completed a 12-hour live continuing education course in lymphatic drainage treatments in April 2024 with Advanced Massage Arts & Education, an NCBTMB Approved Provider in Tempe.
Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes at $150 an hour, with 30% off your first visit. Abbagayl is a licensed massage therapist in Arizona (license MT-28809), and you can confirm any therapist's license through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy.
