Complimentary add-on · Included with any massageVibration therapy
Gentle, rhythmic vibration that helps muscles release and encourages blood flow where it's needed. Included free with any massage; just select Percussion/Vibration Therapy when you book.

What is vibration therapy?
Gentle vibrations throughout the body stimulate the muscles, causing them to contract and relax. This increases blood flow to the areas that need it.
Vibration may be delivered by hand or with a handheld device. It is often used to warm tissue before deeper techniques, or to ease areas that are too tender for firm pressure.
Vibration therapy adds a handheld vibration tool to hands-on massage. The rapid, gentle movement helps large muscle groups relax so Abbagayl can work deeper without pressing harder, which many clients find more comfortable than pressure alone.
Vibration therapy is popular with active clients and anyone carrying tension in the legs, glutes and back. Abbagayl adjusts the speed and pressure to what feels good and uses it for part of the session, then returns to manual techniques. If you prefer a lighter touch on certain areas, just say so and she will skip the tool there.
Your vibration therapy session takes place at your home in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale or Phoenix, so you can stay relaxed afterward. It can be combined with sports, Swedish or trigger point massage in a single appointment at no extra charge.
Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes at $150 an hour, with 30% off your first visit. Abbagayl is a licensed massage therapist in Arizona (license MT-28809), and you can confirm any therapist's license through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy.
